A multicultural fusion of chefs who with their dishes tell gastronomic stories and experiences acquired in their life as travelling chefs. 

Fish from the market, lamb From Mallorca, aged beef, vegetables from our own allotment, herbs and spices and most of all a work with love and care, of haute cuisine. 

The aromas and textures accompany the authentic flavour of the final product, with a cellar that harmonizes our dishes and that varies according to our menu, with Mallorcan wines as the protagonists.

Our Itamae Cesar León, masterfully executes a menu that he himself chooses and orchestrates. Made with the best produce from the market, a tasting with the sole purpose of preparing a royal feast for the customers. 

Located in the old winery of Sa Creu, it has a single table where diners share and interact with the chef. 

Bull, mushrooms, misos, wagyu, seafood, seaweed, Japanese beers, an exquisite selection of premium sakes and other delicacies are present in our kitchen.
