Majorca is a magical island, full of uniquely beautiful, picturesque little villages, steeped in history, just waiting for you to discover them.

Hop into a 1974 Corvette C3 convertible and enjoy the breeze while you drive through the Tramuntana mountain range, declared a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO, and its picturesque villages.

One option is to begin the route from Andratx, on the southernmost limit of the island. The winding mountain road Ma-10 follows all the western coast, offering a spectacular drive in itself. The road leads to Sóller, passing through the villages of Estellencs, Valldemossa and Deià on the way.

From Sóller, you can drive up to the village of Fornalutx, considered one of the prettiest in the world, where you can try one of the most traditional Majorcan dishes - “arroç brut”, which literally means dirty rice!

As well as Sóller, you go down to the Port of Sóller on the tram dating back to the XIX century, which runs every half hour and is one of the main tourist attractions of the town.

Whilst spending time on the island, water activities are a must. If you want to really enjoy the Mediterranean sea surrounding Majorca, we can arrange unique and personalised experiences for you to make your holiday as complete as possible:

1 - Sailing - we can offer you a trip on an exclusive Llaut - a typical Majorcan boat - or a luxury yacht with a menu included. Or, if you would rather get to know two islands in one go, we can organise an excursion to the neighbouring island of Cabrera, which is a national biosphere reserve, the beauty of which absolutely stuns all visitors.

2 - Water sports - If you would prefer to enjoy the Mediterranean sea in a more active manner, we can arrange a kayak or paddle surf excursion, or even a snorkelling or diving activity, so you can immerse yourself in the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean.

If you’d like to take the opportunity of a stroll through the centre of Palma to do some shopping, you’re in luck.

The best and most exclusive luxury and fashion brands worldwide are concentrated in the space of a few metres known as “the Palma Golden Mile”.

Between the Paseo del Borne and Avenida Jaume III, in an area bustling with activity and many hotels, is where you’ll find what is known as the Golden Mile in Palma, where lovers of shopping and luxury brands can discover the most exquisite shops, which make for a very entertaining shopping tour.

Carolina Herrera, Hugo Boss and Louis Vuitton are just some of the most exclusive brands that line the boulevard, making Palma one of the neuralgic points for shopping worldwide.

If what you like is enjoying the sun and the beach, at Sa Creu Nova we'd like to suggest some of the best beaches and coves on the island:

Formentor beach, with its white sand, is located on the northeast tip of Mallorca, overlooking the Port of Pollença, where you can also go up to the Cape of Formentor viewpoint and enjoy unbeatable views of the Mediterranean.

Other beaches chosen by Sa Creu Nova are Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida, which are very close to each other, in the east of Mallorca. These beaches are perfect for relaxing and their crystal-clear waters are ideal for swimming or water sports.

Cala Mondragó is amongst the most beautiful places on the east coast, where you can also visit cala s'Almonia which is just beside it. We could not fail to mention the wonderful beach of Es Trenc, a beach boasting white sand and turquoise water, just 8 minutes from our hotel and where you can enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island before returning to our hotel.

For any of these options we can offer you a transfer from our hotel and a gourmet picnic so that you can enjoy the whole experience. (Subject to booking and and availability)

The authentic tradition in Mallorca is experienced in the markets of the different municipalities on the island. Artisans and farmers exhibit their zero-mile products for all those visitors who love local products and proximity trade. In order to enjoy the most native and traditional products of the island, we have prepared a selection for you to enjoy the true essence of market trading in Mallorca.

In the municipalities of Santa Maria, Andratx and Sineu you can find their open-air market and organic products from the Mallorcan countryside such as fruit and vegetables. You can also buy authentic local products, including wine, food products - oil, cheese, olives - and hand-woven Mallorcan clothes or fabrics.

Santanyí and Alcúdia are the most important and unique towns in Mallorca. The market in Alcúdia is held in the surroundings of the old Roman city of Pollentia, and the one in Santanyí is located in the old part of the city. Getting lost among the cobbled streets and local stone facades is a pleasure. Leather, jewellery, fabrics and local food are the main products one can acquire. In addition, several stalls offer typical island pottery made by authentic craftsmen and women who exhibit their most prized pieces.

Culture lovers meet at Es Baluard - Palma's Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art - located in the city centre and built inside a Renaissance wall.

Inside, you can admire a collection of 20th and 21st century art and from its terraces you can enjoy spectacular views of the city and the bay.

Another monument we recommend and which forms part of the culture of the city of Palma is Bellver Castle, conceived as a royal residence and which, in 1717, became a military prison for numerous French soldiers and officers. Located in the middle of a forest, it is currently the City History Museum and offers wonderful views of the bay of Palma.

For this experience we can offer you a transfer from our hotel, on request and subject to availability.

*Tickets for access to the monuments are not included in our experience.

Mallorca exudes art and there are many artists and craftsmen who have been inspired by the island.

We have prepared two options for discovering art on the island: The first is a historical tour of Santanyí followed by a visit to the studio of the Mallorcan painter Llorenç Garrit, who will explain the evolution of his art, while delighting the audience with a tasty organic wine and immersing them in his latest work eNclaveDecolor, inside his workshop.

Another artistic experience is the art of glassblowing, one of the most precious values of the island, where this tradition has been cultivated since 1719 in the glassmaking ovens of the Gordiola family.

During the visit we will be able to see the artisan process of glass blowing, how the figures are molded with a blowtorch and we'll also visit the Museum. For these experiences we can offer you a transfer from our hotel upon request and subject to availability.

*Tickets are not included in our experience.

Tennis and paddle fans will be able to combine their favourite sport with their time relaxing at Sa Creu Nova.

The Campos Tennis Paddle Club installations are located just 3 minutes by car from our Petit Palais.

A more than attractive option to make your stay with us as complete as possible. Don't hesitate to contact us to make your court reservation or for your private lessons.

For this experience, we can offer you a transfer from our hotel, upon request and subject to availability.

This experience will immerse us in the history, culture and production of the distinctive Mallorcan olive oil.

We begin this oleoexperience at the Aubocassa to learn about the history of its Extra Virgin Olive Oils, where we will walk through the olive groves to discover the secrets of the manufacturing process in the oil mill, where the oil is made with the help of state-of-the-art technology.

The visit culminates at the select Aubocassa Olive Oil and Wine Bar, where the gold liquid produced by the property is tasted.

For this experience we can offer you a transfer from our hotel upon request and availability.

* Tickets are not included in our experience.
